Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded box and velvet pouch to ensure it is protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
